Adult Social Care drop-in session in Bassetlaw are back!

2nd May

I’m delighted to let you know that the Adult Social Care drop-in sessions that have been taking place over the past 6 months at Worksop Library are set to continue. The dates for the sessions will be as follows:

Tuesday 13th May

Tuesday 10th June

Tuesday 8th July

Tuesday 12th August

Tuesday 9th September

One of our friendly advisors from the Customer Service Centre will be available from 10am-4pm to offer advice and information about a range of services, including what adult social care is and what services we offer, as well as mobility equipment and technology enabled care, community activities and day services, local support services, wellbeing and independence and more.

The Nottinghamshire Adult Social Care vision is for every person in Nottinghamshire to live in the place they call home with the people and things that they love, in communities where they look out for one another, doing things that matter to them. These sessions are really helpful for those who may need some additional support to remain independent in the community or support in their caring role.

These sessions provide a great opportunity to have a face-to-face conversation and to access information and advice on the spot. We will have a room available to discuss any confidential matters.
