Information for Carers from other Service Providers:

Adult Social Care Strategy / Big Conversation

Nottinghamshire County Council need your help from people who use social care and their family/unpaid carers about the Big Conversation that is taking place across Nottinghamshire. The conversation will ask people who draw on social care and their family/unpaid carers about their experience and what they want in the future. The results will inform the rewrite of our Adult Social Care Strategy.

The Big Conversation will run from 20th February to the 22nd March. An organisation called Community Catalysts and the Nottinghamshire Our Voice coproduction group are helping us to do this.

We would like your help to encourage as many people as possible to get involved. We are hosting 7 Listening Events in February and March: Mansfield (20th Feb), Ashfield (21st Feb), Rushcliffe (22nd Feb), Newark (24th Feb), Gedling (28th Feb), Bassetlaw (2nd March) and Broxtowe (3rd March).

People can book a place by going to our Big Conversation webpage or by contacting us at workingtogether@nottscc.gov.uk.

If you want to have a conversation and can’t get to one of the events, please contact us at workingtogether@nottscc.gov.uk.
