Description:
The Time Machine offers a friendly and fun activity centre designed to exercise mind and body. Designed for anyone struggling with mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression, the service offers groups such as: music appreciation; memory enhancing activities, a variety of classes and talks. There are also extra events outside of the regular times of the centre, including some weekends, which are advertised on an ad hoc basis.

Who's it for?
There will be an assessment either by home visit or at the venue to determine if a carer is required to stay with the visitor who is affected by dementia or has memory difficulties. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of the visitor.

Description:
The Time Machine runs an activity group and friendship café, offering refreshments and memory enhancing activities including music sessions, seated exercise, crafts and even Makaton sign language lessons. The programme is very much visitor-led and so requested activities can be accomodated.

Description:
The Forget Me Not Club is a weekly social club for anyone affected by dementia. Two-course lunch and afternoon refreshments, bingo, entertainment and activities are provided as well as trips out.

The group is hosted by our skilled, compassionate and experienced group leaders.

Chat to people who have been affected by dementia in a friendly and relaxed, social environment at our online dementia café. Dementia cafés provide useful information in a structured and relaxed setting that gives the opportunity for people with dementia, families and carers to ask questions and learn from the experiences of people in similar situations.
