You can attend as many or as few of them as you wish by picking the sessions that suit your needs the best.

Exploring your relationship to change and what stops you from making the changes that would really help you.
How to communicate your needs to others around you.
Making worry dolls/warriors

Stress Less

Recognising your stress triggers and looking at how to respond to situations.
Simple grounding techniques to use when stress starts to take hold of you.
Creating your own stress ball.

Session 4: Tuesday 3rd January
New Year, New Start
Lunch and check in/trainer introduction
Planning for the future, creating a vision board for 2023. Tips and techniques to help you stay positive and on track. How to spot when you start to feel overwhelm and keep yourself on track.

How to Change the Way You See Yourself
Lunch and check in/trainer introduction
Take a look at who you think you are and learn where that story came from. Learn how to recognise when you are being trapped by your thoughts and how to rebrand yourself using mirror work and positive affirmations.

Session 6: Tuesday 17th January
Wellbeing Toolbox
(Happy Box)
Lunch and check in/trainer introduction
How to create an individualised toolbox of resources, contacts, information, tips etc. that you can go to when you feel tired, anxious, overwhelmed etc. Box can contain pictures, letters, happy stones, stress balls, journal, emergency chocolate etc.
