Bolsover District was successful in being awarded pilot status for the We Are Undefeatable programme in November 2019.
We Are Undefeatable is a Sport England funded programme aiming to ‘inspire, reassure and support’ people living with long term health conditions take up and maintain physical activity, using both a national campaign and learning from ten pilots across England.
Originally planned over a 12-month delivery period, the rapid impact of COVID-19 led to pressures on partnership working and pilot activity. Sport England agreed an extension of the pilot activation end point to Spring 2022.
