JUCD, our ICB are working alongside VSCE to really understand the staffing make up and expertise we bring to our communities, and subsequently be able to work more collaboratively with us. In this changing landscape of the NHS 10 year plan, and Local Government Reorganisation, plus opportunities that are presented by EMCCA (East Midland Combined County Authority) – it is more important than ever that our sector can demonstrate the assets that we bring, importantly showing the value of volunteering as well as our paid staff.
