As you may know, the development and transition towards full Integrated Care System (ICS) roll out is well underway with Chairs and CEOs now confirmed for Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire. Several members of the BCVS team are actively engaged in meetings to advocate for the VCSE sector and to ensure that both the contributions of the VCSE sector are recognised in addition to the challenges the sector faces due to scale of need. Please see below a letter recently sent to the Chair of SYB ICS as one example of work underway in SYB to ensure the VCSE is involved at all levels of ICS development. We are involved in similar work in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and will keep you posted on latest developments via our ebulletins.
