The Integrated Care Partnership is a committee which brings together the key partners in the health and care system in South Yorkshire. The draft Integrated Care Partnership Strategy is now available to view online.
The strategy has continued to be actively shaped through the feedback from the community. It is very much an initial strategy and as such will evolve over time as we listen to, work with and involve people living in South Yorkshire and look at how we translate into delivery.
