Treeline Dental Care has been appointed by NHS Derby and Derbyshire as the new provider of NHS dental services in Bolsover.
Treeline will operate from the premises previously occupied by BUPA at Market Place, Bolsover.
An opening date has not yet been set for the practice, but patients can “express interest” in receiving dental treatment when it opens by providing their contact details via Treeline’s website.
A phone line will be set up once the practice is open. Please do not attend the practice in person because it is not yet open.
