- Resources for non-English speaking communities - As part of the Joined-Up Care Derbyshire End of Life Strategy work, we are looking to engage people from different ethnic minority communities to help us create resources in different languages including British Sign Language. These resources will help people and families impacted by life limiting illness, death and bereavement to access support and information. We aim to work with individuals and groups to understand what is important for communities when talking about these sensitive subjects and what is needed to help people have better access to support and care. If you are from or have connections with an ethnic minority group, please would you take a few minutes to complete this short survey here.
