Primary Care Networks (PCNs) have been commissioned to provide 'enhanced' services slightly differently from the current access in place currently across GP practices. This is in addition to the current Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm core GP contract.
From 1 October 2022, Primary Care Networks will be required to provide Enhanced Access between the hours of 6.30pm and 8pm Mondays to Fridays and between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays.
To facilitate the change and understand the needs of our local population PCNs have been asked to undertake as much patient engagement as possible. Derby and Derbyshire CCG has kindly produced a survey which can be accessed by our patients until 15th July.
