Specialist Autism and Learning Disability Wellbeing Navigators

DAS has an exciting new Wellbeing Navigator Service with Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and are looking for the right people to take this forward. The vision of the Specialist Wellbeing Navigator Service (SWNS) is to help autistic adults seeking an Autism diagnosis to better understand what autism means for them and to offer short-term, proactive, personalised support for navigating the services and systems available locally. Referrals to the SWNS will be from the diagnostic team.
