Nottinghamshire Community Foundation - Donor Services Administration Officer

Nottinghamshire Community Foundation are looking for a part-time experienced administrator on a salary of £17,000 pro-rata, on a fixed term contract for one year, with an option for renewal. 20 hours per week, Mon to Thursday 9.30am to 2.30pm. Post holder must have high level IT, communication and social media skills, excellent customer care qualities and attention to detail.  Must be able to work from home with office visits weekly.

The work will include:

• Providing high quality, comprehensive administrative support to cover grant administration services.

• To update and maintain the organisation’s databases and website – training will be provided

• Managing and maintaining NCF information and records
