We provide care and support services to thousands of people across the country. The support we offer is flexible, responsive and tailored to meet the needs of each individual, whether they live in their own home or in Metropolitan accommodation.
All of our services are designed to enable the people we support to maintain or regain their independence, achieve their potential and lead fulfilling lives.
We provide accommodation and support for a broad range of customers; older people, people with learning disabilities, people with mental health problems and physical disabilities, along with those going through a period of change or challenge in their lives requiring short stay accommodation and intensive support.
As one of the country’s leading housing providers, we are able to offer a variety of accommodation options to meet the diverse needs of our customers. We also deliver a range of services, within the home and the wider community, which underpin and complement our commitment to maintaining the independence of our customers.
Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers deliver services in partnership with a range of local authority, health service, community and voluntary sector partners to ensure that they are truly reflective of the communities in which we operate.
Our teams are comprised of people who share our commitment to individually-tailored and outcome-focused support. We are proud of the investment that we make in the professional development of our support staff and are committed to helping them build rewarding careers with us.
