There are a number of benefits to our Meals at Home service including:
free delivery from friendly and professional drivers
locally sourced ingredients
a range of over 70 meals
catering for special dietary requirements
free safe and well check.
How to order
You can then choose your meals and place your order. You can order in three ways:
order your meal orders online
telephone 01623 490 015
and if you are an existing customer you can give your next order to the person who delivers your meals.
You can choose to have your meals delivered frozen or hot.
How to pay for your meals?
There are three ways to pay:
direct debit
credit or debit card
monthly invoice.

Keeping you safe
Depending on your level of need, our friendly drivers can visit you up to seven days a week with a hot meal delivery and to check you are safe and well.
They can help you with any concerns and assist you with small tasks such as pouring a cold drink, helping you to the table or posting a letter.
Two thirds of our customers felt that they would be more likely to be in a care home without our service.
If there is a problem, we will contact someone to help you. Our free safe and well checks give peace of mind to many of our customers and their relatives, particularly if they don’t have other regular visitors.
We can also give you information about where you can get extra support if you need it.

All our drivers have been checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (previously Criminal Records Bureau).
Hospital hampers
If you have been in hospital, we can order essential shopping items and deliver these to you on your return home with your meal order.
You can order from a list of basic items, such as milk, butter, eggs and bread.
Delivery is free and prices are based on average supermarket prices.
