Bassetlaw Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT)

Aimed at: Adults 18+
We provide a 24 hour, seven day crisis resolution service that offers assessments to people with significant mental illness who would otherwise be admitted to hospital.
This includes short term home treatment in order to minimise the risk of a patient being admitted to hospital and providing support to achieve recovery from crisis at home.
Our team is made up of a range of healthcare professionals including:
doctors
nurses
occupational therapists
support workers
non-medical prescribers
We aim to discharge service users to the most appropriate services to meet their needs within six weeks of referral.
We also help service users to leave hospital sooner by providing intensive support in their own home.
This service is for men and women aged between 18 and 65. Patients over 65 who have already been accessing mental health services may also be referred.
