Inspire Learning Level 1 Award in Volunteering

The level 1 award in volunteering qualification is offered online and at Mansfield Central Library. The course provides an insight in to the role of a volunteer, and the personal standards required of a volunteer. 

This qualification is suitable for learners who are thinking about working as a volunteer or those who are already in a volunteering role.

Volunteering is not only an opportunity for you to support your local community, but it is also a possibility for you to upskill and experience team work within a supportive environment. Furthermore, your role as a volunteer could act as a springboard for future ambitions. The course will explore the recruitment process and how to improve your chances of being offered a volunteering position that matches your skills and interests. Sessions will also focus on the different roles and responsibilities you can look forward to as our tutor shares their experience and expertise; providing you with the confidence to take your first steps into volunteering.
