 Meeting / Training Room

 

The BCVS Meeting/Training room is available for use by community organisations.

It will comfortably hold up to 30 people in a 'lecture' style (rows), 16 people in a circle or 12 people around a table.

We have various equipment for you to use at no extra cost:

  • Overhead projector
  • Screen
  • Video Projector
  • Flat Panel 50" Video Screen
  • computer with broadband internet access
  • DVD Player
  • Video recorder
  • Flipchart and pens
  • Air conditioning

The room has a hearing loop and is fully accessible (no steps anywhere in the building).

Coffee, tea and chilled spring water is available free of charge.

The cost?
£20.00 for a day (10.00am-3.30pm)
£10.00 per half day

This room is very popular, so please contact reception for availability.
