You can access our money advice team for help with any worries you have about claiming benefits, help with forms, including Universal Credit, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction. They can advise you if you are claiming all of the benefits you should be or give general advice if you have debts. They have access to many areas of other support through our partnership with the North Nottinghamshire Support Partnership, including complex debt advice.

Our offices are open from 9am and the last appointment is at 4pm. There is a drop-in service you can access via your work coach or through the help to claim scheme at the Citizens Advice Bureau.
